2. Prize Draw Entries
- Prize draw entries included with your membership are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once a prize draw has been entered, the entry cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
3. Merchandise and Product Returns
- If you have purchased physical merchandise or products through our store, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
